2. Solar Power & Smart systems

Located discretely on the rooftop , is a 12KW micro inverter solar system , which generates more than enough electrical requirements on a sunny day . This is connected to the local power grid , using a new age metering system , which allows excess power to be sold back to the grid monthly, with a calculated ROI of between 5-6 years . Overall design , appliances and fine tuning has resulted in much lower than comparable properties monthly electrical billing.

3. Rainwater Storage & Water Quality

A large flat roof area , forms the basis of the rainwater harvesting system , with a 40,000L tank below ground to capture the runoff . In a typical annual rainfall year , system is capable of capturing up to 450,000L of water, and is topped up during dry spells, by the deep well. All water inside the house , is filtered to WHO drinking water standards , which means you are showering , bathing , washing and drinking water that is safe , softened and healthy . The swimming pool uses a system of copper and silver to allow use of low chemical (about 10%) chemicals , resulting in a fabulous pool experience.

4. Permaculture Gardens & Waste management

Tri hits kirana is the bedrock for the seven gardens that support Eco Luxe’s eco system. Caring for god, caring for people and finally caring for nature. The gardens offer a deep connection with the spiritual, mostly furnished with medicinal plants, the gardens are a shrine to what can occur when we match heaven with earth, great healing can occur. The abundant garden grows enough produce to share with locals, staff and many friends around the generous dining table. Finally, nature is the hero here. Eco Luxe has extensive network cabling through all key areas , to minimize the use of wifi throughout the space and maximize connectivity at 100Mbps. Portable Wifi units , can be temporarily installed , as required , allowing you to minimize signals with the living spaces.
