We have called Bali our home for the past 5.5 years.

Our journey began when we made the decision to relocate here, driven by the need to accommodate my husband's frequent travels throughout the region and provide our children with an exceptional education at Green School.

However, we soon realized that finding a suitable home in Bali was no easy task. Many villas in the market were designed solely for holiday purposes and lacked the practicality required for everyday family living or long-term stays. Additionally, we discovered that the build quality of properties was often subpar, and the maintenance for tropical conditions was inadequate.

Our frustration grew as we encountered numerous online listings that showcased properties that had been sold long ago or featured outdated pictures, making it incredibly difficult to find a genuine and suitable home. This struggle led us to move four times in just three months. And just when we thought we had found stability, the place we settled into was unexpectedly sold, forcing us to uproot yet again.

Driven by our own experiences and the desire to create change, our aim is to bring transparency to the real estate industry in Bali. We believe that everyone deserves clear and trustworthy information when making important decisions about buying or selling property, especially in a developing country like Bali.
